He has provided 11 years of service as the Executive Director of Real Estate Investments in Arcapita Bank, where he initiated a global real estate line of business for the bank and recruited teams in various locations such as London & Singapore. Prior to that, he headed the Property Department at Kuwait Investment Office in London where he was responsible for a global property portfolio.
Muhannad received his Masters in Finance from London Business School, UK, and holds a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, USA. Currently, he is a Board member of Dreamworks SPA – Dubai & Kuwait Prospects Company – Kuwait.
Nitin joined Arzan Group in December 2009, and moved to Arzan Wealth in early 2013 as part of the team responsible for incorporation of the company in DIFC. He currently works within the investment team and is responsible for investment execution and ongoing management. He also serves as the Financial Officer of Arzan Wealth. Prior to joining Arzan Group, Nitin was Vice President in Global Capital Management, Alternative Investment arm of Global Investment House. In this role he has successfully executed various transactions and was primarily responsible for managing the portfolio of private equity investments within the group. Key highlights of his stint with Global Capital Management includes structuring a sector focused Guernsey (UK) based private equity fund with a capital of US$ 500 million and listing it on the London Stock Exchange (Main Market). In addition, he has successfully executed a secondary sale of PE Funds (US$ 50mn) to investors from Europe and US. Nitin has also been instrumental in the development and management of the portfolio companies especially in the education and steel sectors. Prior to joining Global, Nitin worked with Alghanim Industries, one of the largest conglomerates in Kuwait.
Nitin has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Business Administration from India focusing on finance and accounting. He is also Charter holder from the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute.
Bala joined Arzan Group in November 2009. As part of AFG’s investment team, his job responsibilities included portfolio investments monitoring, valuation of prop book assets and as part of the investment team, evaluation of new investment opportunities. Following the Board decision to spin off AFG’s investment team, Bala liaised with DFSA and was instrumental in setting up the office in Dubai, including the related DFSA licensing requirements. Currently, Bala is part of the transaction execution team and evaluates and executes new investment opportunities under Arzan Wealth umbrella.
Bala has over 12 years of professional experience in the financial service sector. Prior to joining AFG, he was Vice President in Global Capital Management, Alternative Investment arm of Global Investment House. Bala was part of the team, that set up and managed a debt restructuring fund of USD1.4bn. Bala was also involved in carrying out due diligence exercises and evaluating investment opportunities in the MENA region and Asia.
Earlier, he was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers – one of the Big 4 consulting firms and Associated Cement Companies Limited (ACC) in India.
He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & a Certified Internal Auditor, US.
Ahmad joined Arzan Group in June 2012 . He is responsible for Offshore, onshore structuring of investments including Tax and regulatory compliance for Dubai/DFSA, Kuwait/Capital Markets Authority and Jersey Financial Services Commission and working with external legal team to design and implement optimal tax, legal and Sharia structures. Ahmad is also heading the operation team responsible for overseeing the operational activities and investors’ due diligence process to ensure local legal and regulatory compliance for DFSA and Offshore entities. He is part of the team dealing with sourcing and negotiation of senior debt, analysis and recommendation of acquisition/disposal proposals, supervision of day-to-day property management issues, and research, formulation and proposal of return enhancing ideas and strategic policy initiatives. Ahmed coordinates customer service operations , query resolution for clients, finds ways to ensure customer retention and build new relationships and assists in marketing the end products.

Krish joined Arzan Wealth in October 2022 as part of their investments team. His job responsibilities include evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, with a focus on debt products. Krish has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate sector across all asset classes. Prior to joining Arzan Wealth, he worked in investment and portfolio management at BlackRock and Morgan Stanley in New York, covering global opportunistic real estate portfolios. Additionally, Krish spent time in London as part of the acquisitions and asset management team for WeWork’s European, Middle Eastern and African portfolio. Most recently, Krish was part of the consulting team for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dubai, covering their real estate and hospitality sector for the Middle East region.
Krish has received a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting from St. John’s University, based in New York.
Abeer joined Arzan Group in August 2007. She is part of the investment team responsible for evaluation of new investment opportunities. Abeer is also responsible for managing Arzan Financial Group's proprietary book and in charge of closely monitoring the Group's portfolio companies and providing recommendation and update report for the same on quarterly basis to the CEO and the regulatory body. Prior to joining the investment team in October 2011, Abeer got over 12 years experience in the Accounting, Operation and Administration fields which she gained in Investment and Manufacturing companies across Kuwait and Syria. She started her career with United Soap & Chemical Company in Damascus, Syria where she worked as Assistant for the Finance Manager for 8 years.
Abeer has completed her Master in Finance and Investment with a specialization in Risk Management from London School of Business & Finance, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with Accounting from Arab Open University of Kuwait.

Prior to joining Arzan, Sweta was an Operation Manager and Company Secretary at Financial Investment firm based out of DIFC for 7 years. In her role, she was responsible for due diligence and on-boarding for customers, managing EAM and IB with private banks and Financial institutes, responsible for quarterly and yearly reporting to DIFC & DFSA, maintaining board minutes, company registers and employee files. Sweta started her career with Management Consultancy based out of Dubai as Office Administrator where she was responsible for company structuring, restructuring, formation, renewals, amendments and liquidation of companies in UAE for 3 years.
Sweta holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saurashtra University in Gujarat, India.

In the past he has worked with boutique investment firms like Arab Investment Company, aiding equity and fixed income portfolios across the GCC region as well as developed markets.
